When you create an account we store your email address. As you build your Award Readiness Plan we store the profile, release, and assessment details you enter so we can calculate your readiness and save your progress.

We use your information to run your assessment, generate your readiness report, save your work, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted providers to operate the service — including hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure — and share only what those providers need to deliver their part of the service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support@musicawardscenter.com.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
